Covid 19 Update 18th November 2020

The staff at Naracoorte and Penola Veterinary Centres would like to update you with the current changes to our clinic trading over the next 6 days.

The SA Government has advised that Veterinary Practices are to remain open. This means all agricultural work will proceed as normal however, there will be some changes to our small animal clinics.

We are rescheduling some elective appointments such as routine vaccinations, desexings, nail clips etc. All other services will continue as normally as possible. Services such as prescription medications, over the counter products and food shall remain available as normal.

Both our Naracoorte and Penola Veterinary clinics will remain open for our normal trading hours. However, this Saturday 20th of November we will only have our After Hours services available.

We will be available for all essential consults and emergencies. If you are unsure if your pet needs to be seen, please call either of our clinics for advice.

Important:
• Masks must be worn at all times
• Please try and pre book appointments – try not to arrive without notice. This helps with our social distancing.
• Please order food and medications over the phone to minimise foot traffic
• If you have been feeling unwell please stay at home & call to discuss your pet’s needs so we can work out a suitable treatment plan
